Gina Magnesi has extensive experience in the recruitment and HR field. Gina began their career in 2014 as a Branch Trainer at Culver Careers (CulverCareers.com). In 2016, they became a Co-Founder and Senior Technical Recruiter at Creative Launcher, where they were responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, networking with industry professionals, and screening and interviewing potential candidates. In 2019, they became the Business Owner of Keto Babe App, an IOS and Android App along with Keto Cookbooks. In 2022, they became a Technical Recruiter & HR Generalist at CRIO, a Clinical Research Trial SaaS Offering, and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Candy Digital.

Gina Magnesi graduated from California State University-Sacramento in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology. In June 2022, they obtained a certification in Managing Project Stakeholders from LinkedIn.
