Margret Steele has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Margret began their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer Intern at Garmin International. In 2013, they moved to BATS Global Markets, Inc. where they worked as a Software Engineer and focused on real-time, latency-focused C++ development. In 2015, they began volunteering as an Instructor for Girls Who Code. In 2017, they joined Amazon as a Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Clinical Research IO.
Margret Steele obtained their Associate's degree in Science and Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University in 2010, after studying there from 2008-2010. After that, they went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2013. In October 2013, Margret Steele obtained their Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Finally, in February 2014, they obtained their Series 63 certification from the same institution.
