Chris Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris began their career in 2006 at Verizon Wireless, where they held various roles including Sales Representative, Assistant Manager, Business Sales Consultant, and Retail Store Manager. In these positions, they focused on optimizing customer and employee experience, driving sales growth, and exceeding performance objectives.
In 2017, Chris co-founded WeEatCNY, where they led social media campaigns and strategies, created content for multiple platforms, and developed content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Chris joined ClinicTracker EHR in 2018, starting as a Client Success Representative where they analyzed support tickets and created customer reference materials. Chris then progressed to roles including VP of Revenue Cycle Management, Sales Director, Director of Sales and Marketing, and currently serves as a Sales Operations Specialist. In these positions, they developed operational reports, empowered sales teams, managed marketing campaigns, and worked closely with executive leadership to execute business priorities effectively.
Chris Johnson completed their education at three different institutions. From 1986 to 1999, they attended Manlius Pebble Hill School where they obtained a Diploma in Physical Sciences. Following this, they studied at Union College from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Economics. Chris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Union College from 2003 to 2005 with a focus on Finance and Management. In addition to their formal education, Chris Johnson also holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
