Nicola Spalding

Nicola Spalding has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nicola currently holds the position of Head of Programme Management Office at Clinigen Group since September 2021. Prior to this, Nicola worked at Investec for a significant period from 2003 to 2021. Within Investec, they held various roles including Head of Private Bank Change, Head of Change for Liabilities, Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst, SME and Trainer for Contact Center, and Client Relationship Manager. Throughout their tenure, Nicola was involved in managing digital transformation, technology, and regulatory change lifecycles, developing a world-class change capability, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve corporate objectives.

Nicola Spalding obtained an Honours degree in Investments and Securities from the University of Johannesburg, which they attended from 1999 to 2002.
