Paul Teague

Paul Teague has over 30 years of diverse work experience in the IT industry. Paul is currently the Head of IT Delivery at Clinigen since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Programme Manager at Step5 Group from 2017 to 2022. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Transformation Programme Manager (Interim) at Experian. Paul also has a significant work history at Nationwide Building Society, where they held various roles including Head of Delivery - Information Management, Programme Director - Mobile Banking, Head of Group Programmes - Distribution, Head of Project Management, Head of IT Delivery, Head of Systems Delivery, Head of Systems - Customer Relationships, Senior IT Programme Manager, Senior Delivery Manager - Customer Relationships, Senior IT Consultant - Retail Distribution, and IT Project Manager. Paul started their career as a Senior Developer at Nationwide Building Society in 1988. Throughout their career, Paul has successfully led various complex and high-profile projects, implemented new IT systems, and managed large teams.
