Amiya Josy

Amiya Josy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cliniqon since October 2023. Prior to this position, Amiya held the title of Head of Human Resources at Avodha from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and strategy. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist at PES OVERSEAS from August 2017 to February 2020. Amiya holds an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from Union Christian College Aluva and a B.Com in Computer Application from Carmel College, Mala.
