Dale Gravatt has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Payroll Systems Specialist at Baptist Memorial Hospital, where they collaborated with management to improve policies and procedures and developed instructional manuals for payroll processing systems. From 1998 to 1999, they were a Computer Systems Specialist at the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, providing technical support and designing and implementing supplemental software. In 1999, they joined Advanced Toxicology Network and held various positions including Director of Business Support Services, Director of Business Intelligence, Co-Director of Information Technology, IT Project Manager, Senior Systems Developer, and Programmer Analyst. In these roles, they led diverse divisions within the laboratory, collaborated on strategic decisions, and developed key performance indicators. From 2001 to 2002, they were an Adjunct Instructor at Southwest Tennessee Community College, teaching Introduction to Programming. In 2012, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Union University, where they taught non-traditional students in computer software use, project management topics, and operational/industrial engineering, and developed varied approaches to lesson delivery to motivate pupils. Since 2013, Dale has been working as a Principal Product Owner at Clinisys.

Dale Gravatt holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Union University, which was obtained between the years 2006 and 2008. During their time at Union University, Dale achieved a GPA of 4.0. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Dale obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma Baptist University between 1997 and 1999, where they achieved a GPA of 3.3. In addition to their academic achievements, Dale has obtained several certifications, including the Product Analytics Certification (PAC) from Product School in July 2021, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2010.
