Koen van Damme

Koen Van Damme has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Koen currently holds the position of Sales Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg at Clinisys since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Business Development at DOBCO Medical Systems from August 2018 to September 2020. In 2017, they served as a Consultant Sales at ChipSoft België. From November 2013 to October 2017, Koen worked as a Coordinator of Partnerships at Stichting tegen Kanker/ Fondation contre le Cancer, focusing on corporate fundraising for cancer research and patient support. Koen gained valuable experience as an Advanced Purchasing Manager at Agfa from May 2012 to October 2013. Koen also held various positions at Agfa Healthcare, including Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Pre-sales Consultant, and European Training Consultant from 2001 to 2012. Before that, they worked as an Export Manager at Stokota from September 1998 to February 2001. Koen's early career included working as a Nurse at WGC De Sleep from 1996 to 1998 and at U.Z. Antwerpen on a pneumology ward from 1994 to 1996.

Koen Van Damme completed their Bachelor of Nursing degree from St-Geertruid Gent in the years 1988 to 1991. Koen further pursued their education at KU Leuven, where they obtained a Master's degree in Hospital Management from 1991 to 1994. Prior to these accomplishments, Koen attended St-Lievenscollege Gent between 1982 and 1988.
