Rikki Crea has extensive experience in corporate communications and change management. Rikki started their career in 1990 as a Senior Television Writer/Producer at Comcast, where they developed and produced PSAs, commercials, and videos. Rikki also wrote and directed on-air marketing campaigns and hosted a public relations talk show.

From 2001 to 2010, Rikki worked as the Manager of Public Relations & Communications at BH Care, where they spearheaded all print and digital media activities, including website design and development, social media marketing, and writing press releases and feature articles.

Rikki then established Out-Source Communications in 2004, where they served as the Owner/Creative Director of a full-service marketing agency. Here, they developed and executed strategic marketing plans for clients such as Yale University School of the 21st Century and United Way, overseeing project management, website development, media buying, and brand building.

In this role, they managed a budget of $750k+ and directed corporate internal and external communications, brand development, and strategic marketing initiatives across divisions and product lines.

In 2018, Rikki moved to Travelers and served as the Director of Internal Communications - Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics. Rikki reported directly to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) and executed corporate internal and external communications, brand development, and strategic communications planning for the EBIA and Data and Analytics (D&A) community.

Following their time at Travelers, Rikki became a Communications and Change Management Partner at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2019. Here, they played a key role in shaping change management strategies for global initiatives, developed executive communication materials, and measured employee feedback and engagement.

Most recently, Rikki joined USAA in 2020 as the Program/Project Management & Change Partner Lead. As part of the Modernization Strategic Management team, they provided organizational change management, project management, and strategic communication planning to support the transformation of P&C digital/mobile processes and services. Rikki also developed internal communications strategies and advised leadership on messaging and employee sentiment.

Rikki's current employment is with Clinisys, where they hold the position of Corporate Communications Manager, starting in 2022. Additional details about their role are not provided.

Rikki Crea has a diverse education history. Rikki attended Cornell University from 2015 to 2016, where they completed the Change Leadership Program and specialized in Organizational Change Management. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Ithaca College for their Advanced Studies Program in Strategic Communications Management.
