Debbie Shock

Debbie Shock serves as the Chief of Staff/ Sr. Director of Operations and Facilities at the Clinton Foundation since November 2004. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a Project System Coordinator at Hensel Phelps Construction Company - DIA from 2000 to 2004. Shock holds an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ashford University. Throughout their career, Debbie has demonstrated strong leadership skills in overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing new policies and procedures. Additionally, Debbie has excelled in providing support to protect client interests and maintain financial status reports with a focus on budgetary guidelines.
