Andrew Fung

Andrew Fung has a strong background in product and user experience design. Andrew began their career at AX3 Multimedia, where they worked as a Visual Designer & Strategist, establishing the brand and creating a new visual identity for the organization. Andrew then moved on to FINCAD as a UX Designer, where they explored and prototyped design patterns in their software suite.

After that, Andrew joined Stuck as an Experience Designer, before transitioning to SAP as an Interaction Designer. Andrew then worked at FCV Interactive as a Junior Service Designer, conducting design research and synthesizing findings for clients.

Andrew's experience also includes working at Bench Accounting as a Service Designer, orchestrating the end-to-end service experience and instigating customer experience as a strategic priority. Andrew later joined Domain7 as a Senior Experience Designer, leading experience design for various clients.

Andrew has also worked at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, initially as a Product Designer, then as a Senior Product Designer, and currently as a Staff Product Designer. Andrew has also held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at Evisort.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong ability to understand user needs, conduct research, and deliver effective design solutions.

Andrew Fung attended Simon Fraser University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Interaction Design. During their time at the university, they focused on studying User Experience, Service Design, and Interaction Design. In 2011, Andrew also participated in the dutchDesign Field School, although no specific degree was obtained. Additionally, in September 2017, Andrew obtained a certification in Service Experience Intensive from Adaptive Path.
