Claire Pacheco

Claire Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Claire started their career at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative, where they provided financial advice, technical support, and excellent customer service. Claire then transitioned to the role of Technical Writer, where they developed user-friendly procedures and worked on improving standards as part of a cross-departmental editorial board.

After working at CIBC, Claire joined Oracle as a Technical Writer and Communications Specialist. In this role, they collaborated with customer support experts to create guides and reference documents on Topliners, clarifying complex technical concepts. Claire also contributed to the My Oracle Support knowledgebase. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Service Design Associate, where they supported service design projects and developed tools and guides for customer success workshops.

Next, Claire joined PagerDuty as a UX Designer, Senior UX Designer, and eventually became the Product Design Lead. During their time at PagerDuty, they played a key role in designing and enhancing user experiences.

Currently, they are working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Product Design Manager and was recently promoted to the role of Senior Manager, Product Design. In these positions, they are responsible for leading and managing the product design team to deliver innovative solutions.

Claire Pacheco holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, as well as Cinema Studies, which they obtained from the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Certificate in Publishing at Ryerson University from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Claire completed a Certificate in Technical Writing at Humber College from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in UX Design from Akendi in January 2017.
