Jessica Ryker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica began their career as a Deputy Director at [MN]Love, where they managed a marriage equality campaign and conducted research on LGBTQ legislation. Jessica then co-founded and worked as a Staff Attorney at the Queer Legal Aid Society, providing free or discounted legal services to marginalized individuals. Jessica then took on the role of Associate Attorney at Greeman Toomey PLLC, representing clients in Social Security disability law cases.

Afterward, Jessica joined Thomson Reuters as an Attorney, serving in roles such as Sales Enablement Project Manager, Sales Enablement & Communications Specialist, and Small Law Team Lead - Client Management. Jessica focused on the implementation and success of sales enablement technology, improving content curation and providing actionable analytics. Jessica also assisted small law firms with contract negotiations, legal solution product navigation, and business reviews.

In 2019, Jessica transitioned to HelpSystems as a Sales Enablement Manager, leading all sales enablement and operations initiatives. Their responsibilities included creating sales processes, deploying a learning management system, building training content, and optimizing the sales tech stack.

In 2021, Jessica joined Latch as a Director of Revenue Enablement, where they developed and built the enablement function. Their team focused on onboarding and continuing education, communications, go-to-market and product strategy, sales tech stack deployment, and content management. They also handled sales kick-off planning and execution.

Most recently, Jessica became the Director of Revenue Enablement at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Their role involves leading revenue enablement initiatives to drive sales success.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong background in sales enablement, legal expertise, team leadership, and project management.

Jessica Ryker completed their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2009. Jessica then pursued further education at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in 2020.
