Lailee Soleimani

Lailee Soleimani began their work experience in 2008 as an Intern Architectural Designer at Studio (n-1), where they worked on a house renovation project. In 2009, they were awarded an internship with Jacques Ferrier Architectures in Paris, France, where they worked on a competition-winning proposal for a French school in Beijing. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Designer at rzlbd architects, where they were responsible for creative strategy, layout design, and the design and development of several single-family houses. In 2012, they also worked as an Architectural Designer at ZAS Architects + Interiors Inc.

From 2015 to 2016, Soleimani worked as a UX Designer & Researcher at Design Cofounders, where they participated in design services for startups and implemented a lean UX research framework. Lailee then joined Nurun as a UX Architect from 2016 to 2017, where they designed various projects including a competitive compare tool and a web campaign.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Interaction Designer at Myplanet, contributing to projects for influential companies such as New Balance and Cisco. At ROSS Intelligence from 2019 to 2020, Soleimani served as a UX Lead and led a team of designers through an app redesign, improving the product-development cycle and increasing the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

From 2020 to 2022, Soleimani worked as a Product Designer at Instacart, focusing on advanced analytics tools and data visualization dashboards. Lailee also contributed to enhancing the onboarding experience for new customers and worked on the design system team.

Currently, Soleimani is a Senior Product Designer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, specifically working on Lawyaw.

Lailee Soleimani completed their Master of Architecture degree at the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2010, with a specialization in Architecture. Lailee also obtained a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group in October 2015.
