Sofia Tzima

Sofia Tzima has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Sofia is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer at ChangeX, where they were responsible for building a marketplace for philanthropic investments and mentoring junior team members.

Before their role at ChangeX, Sofia worked as a Software Engineer at Intercom, where they contributed to various projects such as building integrations, the Intercom App Store, and maintaining REST APIs.

Sofia also gained experience at Workday as a Software Application Engineer, where they worked on the Procurement solution and led the development of a B2B document exchange integration. Sofia was involved in the full software lifecycle, including agile scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Additionally, Sofia worked as a Software Engineer at Vermantia, where they worked on the development of a Remote Gaming Server and Game Engines for the Vermantia Online Virtual gaming platform. Sofia also contributed to the research and development of a rich Media Matrix Suite application for video encoding & transcoding.

Throughout their career, Sofia has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Sofia Tzima pursued their education in a chronological order, starting from 2008 to 2015. During this period, they attended the National Technical University of Athens where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering. Following this, they continued their academic journey from 2016 to 2018 at the University College Dublin, where they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Investigation & Forensic Computing.
