The Role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist (Data & Engines) in Brasil or Mexico City to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.

At Clip He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit risk platform infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency to support our lending operations and strategic initiatives.

What will I be doing?

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for credit risk

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability for processes

  • Implement and maintain credit risk policies

  • Optimizing decision-making processes, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the credit risk platform, implementing strategies that enhance both the speed and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, IT, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on credit risk projects

  • Assure regulatory compliance for credit risk assessment

Technical: 

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and their application in credit risk.

  • Knowledge in Python

  • Strong proficiency in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing using Databricks

  • Knowledge in Monitoring or Engines

  • Knowledge of FICO tools and their integration into credit risk platforms is considered a plus

  • Communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Ideal Candidate 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).

  • Proven experience of 3 years working with the end-to-end credit risk lifecycle and deployment in a production environment

  • We are looking in Brasil or México City
