Rol:

→ We are looking for a Supply Intern  who will be part of this amazing fintech and will interact and provide support to logistics staff to achieve department objectives and assist in the Terminal Quality Management operation and execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor. S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in Spanish, great communication silks and be willing to continue  learning.

¿Qué actividades desempeñaré?

• Internal bag management

• Retail channel administration (billing, preparation coordination and delivery scheduling)

• Warehouse support

• Creation of process manuals

• Digital file update (Proof of delivery)

• KPIS tracking and compliance

Candidato Ideal:

• Administration and engineering (Studying 6° semester minimum)

• 6+ months of experience in logistics and customer service

• MS Office.

• Customer service skills.

• Highly organized, sense of urgency, work under pressure and proactive.

• Hands on person.

• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work.

• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and
  processing paperwork.

• Excellent werbal and written communication skills
