The Role:

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our Growth team within the Marketing department. Your main mission will be to design powerful enablers and tools that support activation, engagement and retention strategies. You will own the roadmap for all Growth’s technical needs, collaborating with the Product/Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure their deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization. These enablers and needs include designing incentive-led systems (fee refunds, coupons, cashback, referral programs), implementing new CRM functionalities, ensuring end-to-end analytics, and more.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of our Martech stack, customer lifecycle, and business challenges. The ideal candidate will thrive in an analytics-driven culture, be capable of easily communicating and addressing complex problems/opportunities to drive priorities, roadmap and ultimately the overall Growth strategy.

What will I do?

  • Own the Growth-Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the roadmap for all Growth’s technical needs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies.

  • Design and Implement Growth Enablers: Create and optimize incentive-led systems (fee refunds, coupons, cashback, referral programs) and new CRM functionalities to drive user activation, engagement, and retention.

  • End-to-End Analytics: Ensure comprehensive analytics capabilities are in place, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of Growth strategies.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of Growth tools and systems.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Leverage deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to identify and address strategic and technical needs that enhance user experience and business outcomes (right custom events and properties)

  • Problem Solving: Proactively address complex problems and intricacies to find sustainable solutions that support long-term growth (ability to understand the source of an issue or inconsistent results).

  • Translate complex concepts: Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly to the senior management and C-Level executives orally or in impactful PowerPoint presentations

  • Monitor and Optimize: Continuously monitor the performance of Growth tools and systems, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information System or Economics, and at least 3 years of experience in Product Management; ideally within FinTech, PayTech, or FinServ hyper-growth company based in LatAm.

  • Proven experience in Product Management, specifically in designing, deploying  and optimizing internal tools and systems that support cross-functional teams

  • Deep understanding of Martech/Growth stack, including product, data and CRM tools/platforms and how they are intertwined (capturing, digesting and sending user data from one to another)

  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage incentive-led systems (fees, cashback, coupons), from a product and analytics perspective in order to scale the solutions to a large user base.

  • Deep knowledge of the customer lifecycle and business challenges, with the ability to anticipate and address strategic and technical needs of the (Growth) team.

  • Technically adept and resourceful, with a willingness to delve into complex problems and explore intricate details to find long term solutions (and avoid falling into rabbit holes).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Marketing/Growth teams.

  • Proficiency in creating and delivering executive presentations (to senior management and C-Level), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Basic SQL knowledge will be a plus (at least understand the queries)
