Gloria Navarro

Gloria Navarro has extensive work experience in human resources and people management roles. Gloria is currently the People Director at Clip, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at Bankaya, a fintech startup in Mexico, from December 2020 to September 2021.

From November 2018 to December 2020, Gloria worked as the HR Director for GBM Grupo Bursátil Mexicano, overseeing the HR function for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Gloria also served as a Senior HR Business Partner for technology, digital products, asset management, hedge fund, and venture capital at GBM from October 2016 to October 2018.

Before joining GBM, Gloria worked as the Learning & Organizational Development Manager at INFONAVIT from December 2014 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the institute's learning and development strategy and culture change project for customer service channels.

Earlier in their career, Gloria worked as a Human Capital & Change Management Sr. Consultant at Biteck Consulting, where they focused on change management strategies for the Mexican government's National Digital Strategy. Gloria also gained experience in HR coordination and analysis roles at Diageo, where they handled talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and training and development.

From 2010 to 2013, Gloria Navarro obtained a Master's degree in Existential Analysis & Logotherapy - Clinical Psychology from SMAEL.

Between 2005 and 2010, they studied Psychology and obtained a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Intercontinental.

In 2007, Gloria Navarro completed a Diplomado en Human Development and Logotherapy, focusing on Human Development, Life purpose, and Well-being, at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.

Additionally, in March 2016, they received a certification as a Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci.
