Javier Baquera Rodríguez

Javier Baquera Rodríguez began their work experience in 2011 as a Financial Reporting trainee at PepsiCo. In 2012, they worked at Banamex as a Wealth Management and Private Banking trainee, specializing in Investment funds and X-sell. Javier later became a Project Analyst, focusing on Branches and Customers Segmentation Strategy. From 2014 to 2016, Javier worked at HSBC as a Credit Card Portfolio Manager. In 2016, they joined The Aztec Fund as a Real Estate Chief Analyst for a US-MX Private Equity Fund. Starting in 2017, Javier worked at Banco Sabadell as a Project Finance and Corporate Lending Associate. Their most recent position is as a Senior Loans Manager at Clip, where they have been since May 2021.

Javier Baquera Rodríguez attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Licenciado en Administración Financiera with a specialization in Finanzas. In 2010, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Södertörn University as an Erasmus student. Additionally, Javier has obtained certifications in CFA Exam Level I (aprobado) and is currently a CFA Level II Candidate. Javier has also received a certification in SAP - Financial Accounting from SAP.
