About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for ambitious new and recent grads who are eager to launch their career at a fast-growing, globally remote unicorn. The New Graduate Sales Accelerator Program is designed as an early career opportunity for individuals looking to skip a few rungs on the corporate ladder and progress more quickly than what is traditionally offered. If you have a high level of grit, hustle, and ownership and a desire to make customers happy, this job is for you!

Clipboard has a track record of taking early-career individuals and catapulting them up the ranks within our company. Currently, we have individuals who are leading major pieces of our company and managing other members of the team despite being just a couple of years out of school. We have a track record of quick promotions and increasing scope early on in careers and we’re looking for the next batch of future leaders for our company.

You’ll start out by embedding within our sales team, while also progressing through a 2-month sales training program. Upon the completion of the training program, you will receive a professional certification from a YC-backed company that you can use to fuel your career. Top performers will be extended an offer to join the sales team full-time!

  • Extreme Ownership: the buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly
  • Extreme Curiosity: you ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause
  • Scrappiness: you look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
  • Fast Paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly

Basic Qualifications:

  • Based in North America
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to try / lack of fear
