Mukund Sridhar began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Qwest Telecom. In 2011, they became the Chairman at GamesRnD, where they were responsible for developing original concepts and games, developing ITR's in games, and other tasks. In 2015, they joined Amadeus Labs as a Member Of Technical Staff. In 2016, they moved to Software AG as a Senior Engineering Specialist/Senior Member of Technical Staff. In 2019, they joined MoveInSync as a Principal Engineer/Manager, heading the Get to Work project. In 2021, they joined WhiteHat Jr as a Director/Architect, where they served as a horizontal leader. Finally, in 2022, they joined Clipboard Health as a Staff Engineer.

Mukund Sridhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering from People's Education Society Institute of Technology.
