Steven Waugh is a seasoned operations director with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Bojangles’, Cinnabon, and Auntie Anne’s Division at Clipper Petroleum since July 2016, Steven has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Director of Operations for the Bojangles’ Division from July 2016 to December 2018. Steven's earlier experience at Neiman Marcus as Restaurant GM from May 2006 to July 2016 involved overseeing full-service restaurant operations and catering, with complete accountability for profit and loss. Steven Waugh holds an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Institute of Culinary Education, obtained in 1993.
