Heema Joshi

Heema Joshi has worked in the renewable energy industry since 2011. Heema began their career at Reliance as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, where they were an Instrumentation Maintenance engineer responsible for the maintenance of power plant instruments, switches, transmitters, control valves, and calibration. In 2014, they worked as a Project Fellow at GERMI, where they were involved in the selection of communication technologies for reliable flow of information between consumers and utilities, as well as the establishment of a demand response programme for utilities. In 2016, Heema began working at SunEdison as a Renewable Operation Center Engineer, where they conducted deep dive analysis of the performance of solar power plants, as well as diagnostics and troubleshooting in the operation of solar power plants. In 2017, they moved to Brookfield Renewable as a Lead Engineer. Finally, in 2020, Heema joined Clir Renewables as a Senior Solar Analyst, Intermediate Renewable Energy Analyst, and Consultant- solar performance analytics.

Heema Joshi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science. Heema then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Energy Systems and Technology, with a focus on Solar, from Pandit Deendayal Energy University from 2013 to 2015.
