Christopher Hannon is an accomplished Executive Head Chef with extensive experience in high-volume and fine dining environments. Currently leading the culinary team at Cliveden House since October 2021, Hannon previously held the position of Head Chef at Aqua Shard, where management of a brigade of 35 chefs involved servicing up to 1000 covers daily. Prior to that, Hannon worked as a Development Chef at Bubble Food, creating bespoke menus for notable clients including BAFTA and FIFA, and honed skills at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester under Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet. Earlier roles include Head Chef at Restaurant La Jabotiere in France and Junior Sous Chef at Chapter One Restaurant, with a strong emphasis on menu development and locally sourced ingredients throughout Hannon's career.
