Michael Fogarty, M.Ed

Michael Fogarty, M.Ed has held a number of roles in the field of talent and people operations since 2018. In 2018, they were a Talent Consultant at Lightwave Partners. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Organizational Development & Talent Manager at Lightwave Recruiting. In 2021, they became a Mental Performance Consultant at Peak Sport Psychology. Currently, they are the People Operations Manager at cloaked, leading the Talent, People and Culture functions.

Michael Fogarty, M.Ed has a comprehensive education history. Michael completed their high school diploma at The Governor's Academy from 2010 to 2014. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from Skidmore College from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Education in Human Development from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development from 2019 to 2022.
