Vinod S Madhavan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Currently, Vinod serves as the Vice President of Business & Strategy at Clootrack, a real-time customer experience analytics platform. In this position, they help brands identify customer experience factors that influence adoption and churn.

Before joining Clootrack, Vinod worked as a Senior Business Advisor, advising and mentoring two SaaS-based companies for market development in India. These companies were involved in the development of e-learning solutions and an online e-voting platform.

Prior to their advisory role, Vinod held the position of Business Head at Jetfleet Private Limited. As a key leader, they were responsible for managing a turnover of over US $6 million and leading branches across India in the field of people mobility solutions.

Earlier in their career, Vinod worked as a Business Consultant for multiple companies and as the Director of Client Services at MPG. Vinod also held the role of Associate Director of Client Services at Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, where they had profit center responsibility and managed a team of sales members and client servicing team members.

Vinod's career started with roles as a Sales Marketing Executive at Pam Pharmaceutical And Allied Machinery Company Private Limited and an Assistant Manager at Business Access (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Throughout their career, Vinod has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.

Vinod S Madhavan's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Production Engineering from KIT's College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kolhapur, from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Vinod has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn. In June 2020, they completed a certification course titled "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" from LinkedIn.
