Winnie Gong

Winnie Gong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Winnie is currently working as a Sr. Digital Product Designer at Lambda since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Product Designer at Clora, Inc. since September 2016. Before joining Lambda, Winnie worked at CarGurus, where they started as a User Experience Designer in March 2021 and was later promoted to Senior User Experience Designer in February 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Winnie worked as a Product Designer at Lola.com. In this role, they designed Lola's internal tools and worked cross-functionally with the consumer-facing product and marketing teams. Winnie led the research and design of the Lola console, supported other designers and product managers, and developed the launch of the spend marketing site.

Prior to Lola.com, Winnie worked as a UX/UI Designer at Lovepop from March 2017 to April 2019. Winnie was responsible for leading the design of the custom wedding invitation experience and personalized Lovepop Notes. Winnie also created and maintained Sketch Libraries and style guides for various Lovepop products.

In 2017, Winnie served as a Design Instructor at Startup Institute, where they lectured and mentored on various design topics. Winnie taught courses such as Web & Typography, Design & Prototyping Tools, UX Research Techniques, UX Intensive, and Portfolio 101.
