Elsa-Maria Metni has extensive work experience in the financial and consulting industries. Elsa-Maria is currently the Head of Third Party Management Operations at Close Brothers since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte from September 2016 to August 2022, where they held roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager. Elsa-Maria also worked as a Consultant at Palladium Group, Inc from January 2014 to October 2015.

Elsa-Maria Metni pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B Com.) degree in Finance from Concordia University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.
