Kayla Laut Pierotti has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in event management, marketing, and administrative support. Kayla is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Cloth & Flame since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Operations at the same company from August 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Cloth & Flame, Kayla worked as a Senior Event Manager at the company from March 2021 to August 2021, and as an Event Manager from August 2020 to March 2021.
In 2019, Kayla worked as a Creative Content Manager at WILD TONIC - Jun Kombucha from April 2019 to March 2021. Previously, they served as a Special Event Producer at R Entertainment from August 2014 to April 2019.
Kayla's earlier work experience includes a role as a Receptionist at Scottsdale Community College from August 2014 to May 2015, and as a Marketing Representative at Binary Theatre Company from January 2014 to May 2015. Kayla also worked at the Denver Art Museum as an Untitled Program Intern from May 2014 to July 2014.
During their time at Arizona State University, Kayla held multiple positions. Kayla worked as a Community Assistant from August 2013 to May 2015, providing support and organizing events for the Residential Community for Design and the Arts. Additionally, they served as a Conference Assistant from May 2013 to August 2013, responsible for checking in/out conferences, providing desk support, and ensuring guest safety.
Kayla also gained experience as a Student Academic Mentor at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts from August 2013 to May 2014, where they mentored freshman students and organized programs for the Arcadia Residential Community. Kayla served as a Volunteer Coordinator at the Phoenix Film Festival in March 2014, and worked as the Marketing Director for the musical production "Invincible" at Arizona State University from April 2013 to July 2013.
Kayla Laut Pierotti obtained their Bachelor's degree in Design Management from Arizona State University. Kayla attended the university between 2011 and 2015.
