Jane Bonichi MBA PMP CSM

Jane Bonichi has a strong and diverse professional background with experience in IT project management and leadership roles. Jane currently works as an IT Project Manager at NYS Dept of Health/Office of Health Insurance Programs for Cloud and Things, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior IT Project Manager at NYS Office of the Attorney General from November 2020 to April 2022.

Jane also has experience at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Technical Project Manager from October 2018 to August 2019. Here, they led high-priority projects and implemented DevOps principles to enhance system development and delivery.

Furthermore, Jane has a background in senior technical project management at Optum Data Management, where they managed the implementation of the Optum MARS product for multiple states from June 2016 to October 2018. In addition, they worked with state Medicaid administrative teams and vendor staff for CMS certification.

Jane served as an IT Program Manager at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) from July 2011 to April 2015. In this role, they oversaw the delivery of enterprise, manufacturing, and IT infrastructure projects, including the launch of the Business Analytics program and the rollout of Master Control Document Management.

Additionally, Jane worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at MVP Health Care for GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc. from May 2010 to July 2011. Jane managed various high-profile projects, including member ID card redesign, CMS ICD conversion, and IT production security lockdown.

Lastly, Jane held roles of increasing responsibility at KeyBank from November 2000 to April 2009, including VP of IT Project Management/Senior and Lead IT Project Manager. Jane successfully delivered projects for the Consumer Banking and Risk Management groups, implemented Agile methodologies, and built high-performing SCRUM teams.

Jane Bonichi earned a BA degree in French Language - Society & Civilization from the University at Albany, SUNY. Jane also holds an MBA degree in Management Science and Information Systems from the same institution. Additionally, Jane obtained a Certificat in Langues et Lettres, Societe et Culture from Université Grenoble Alpes. Jane has further certifications as a Certified Pilates Instructor from Beacon Pilates, obtained in November 2019, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2011. Furthermore, Jane is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certified by the Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2006.
