Steve Kieffer

Steve Kieffer has over 17 years of work experience. Steve began their career in 2004 as an RF Technician at BlackBerry, where they were responsible for diagnosing failed BlackBerrys in manufacturing and repair using knowledge of electronics fundamentals. Steve then became a Technical Lead Process/Service Engineering at BlackBerry, where they managed and optimized processes for the company's global repair network and generated over $100 million in savings. In 2014, they joined Asset Science LLC as the Process/Product Development Director, where they worked cross-functionally to establish processes for product development, customer support, software releases, and more. In 2019, they joined Avidbots Corp. as the Customer Care Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Product Experience Lead at Cloud DX.

Steve Kieffer attended RCC Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Electronics Engineering Technologist degree in Electronics Engineering.
