Theo M.

Theo M. has a varied work experience starting in 2017 as a Social Media Strategy Intern at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2018, they worked as a Communications Intern for Phillips for Congress and also took on roles as an Admission Fellow at Colorado College and as the Artistic Director at the Theatre Workshop at Colorado College. In 2020, they became a Field Organizer for the Maine Democratic Party. In 2021, they worked as a Special Projects Assistant at Floodbase and as a Writer's Assistant for David Litt. In 2022, Theo M. served as an Organizing Director for Ryder for New York and as a Deputy GOTV Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign. Currently, they are working at Floodbase as an Operations Consultant and will transition to the role of Strategy & Operations Associate in April 2023.

Theo M. attended Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School from 2009 to 2015, where they completed their high school education with a focus on theatre. Later, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at Colorado College.
