Carol Dollard has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Carol began their career in 1983 as an R&D Manager at General Foods. Following this, they joined PEPSI COLA in 1985 and held the position of Sr. Director, Worldwide Flavor and Ingredient Technology until 2002. Carol then worked at glaceau as the COO from 2002 to 2010. In 2012, they founded agua enerviva and served as its founder for six years. In 2018, Carol co-founded Cloud Water Brands and became a Venture Partner at The March Fund.

Carol Dollard earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry from New York Medical College. The exact duration of their education was not specified.
