Erno Bister has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Erno began their career as a Valve Assembly Trainee at Metso Automation in 2010, followed by a role as a Production Planner Trainee in 2011, where they focused on segment valve production planning and supervising. In 2012, Erno worked as a Trainee in the Production Management Support team, primarily creating and developing monthly reports using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

In 2013, Erno joined Fortum Oyj as a Business Intelligence Developer Trainee, gaining experience in developing dynamic reports for Production Management and Procurement using IBM Cognos software. Erno also conducted system testing and defined reporting needs during the implementation of a new procurement software.

Erno continued at Fortum Oyj in 2014, assuming the role of Business Intelligence Manager/Specialist. In this capacity, they defined a new BI strategy, developed reporting applications, and administered production and test environments. Notably, Erno was involved in the deployment project of QlikView, a key technology for the electricity distribution company, Caruna.

Erno transitioned to Attido in 2016, initially working as a BI Consultant until 2017. During this time, their main technologies included QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik Nprinting, Qlik GeoAnalytics, and MS Power BI. Erno worked on various projects, taking on architectural and project managerial roles as well. From 2018 to 2020, Erno held the position of Senior BI Consultant/BI Team Lead, utilizing their expertise in QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik Nprinting, Qlik GeoAnalytics, and MS Power BI.

Most recently, Erno joined Cloud1 Oy in 2020 as a Solutions Architect, where they continue to leverage their skills and experience.

Erno Bister completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aalto University between the years 2009 and 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, including the "Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate" in November 2021, and the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate" in February 2020.
