Bradley Gibson has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they began their career at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they worked as a Cash Office Clerk and Customer Service Representative. During this time, they gained experience in various departments and completed training programs. In 2013, they served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director at Infinity Cheer, where they were responsible for creating and distributing communication materials and managing social media platforms. From 2015 to 2019, Bradley worked at Optima Communications International, first as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these roles, they handled customer inquiries, assisted with billing and collection, and managed new and existing customer services. Bradley also worked as a Direct Marketing Specialist at DCF Advanced Marketing in 2015, acquiring donors for non-profit clients and expanding marketing reach. In 2019, they held brief positions as a Marketing and Administration Assistant at Go-Go Group Inc. and as a Customer Service Representative at TTEC. Currently, Bradley works at Cloud5 Communications since 2019, where they have held several positions, including Reporting Analyst, Digital Services Manager, and Team Lead.

From 2007 to 2012, Bradley Gibson attended the University of New Brunswick, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time there, their studies encompassed the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, and Sociology.
