Ilia Merchine

Ilia Merchine has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. They started their career in 2004 as a Network/System Technician at Wood Automotive Group. In 2005, they worked as a Tier 1 Network Analyst at Guest-Tek Interactive before moving on to become a Network Specialist and later an Assistant Manager at the same company. From 2010 to 2014, Ilia worked as a Manager, overseeing HSIA and VOD installations at Guest-Tek Interactive. They managed a team of 21 employees and contractor companies, provided training, and ensured smooth operations within the department. In 2014, Ilia joined Guest-tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. as a Sr. Network Engineer, where they continued to contribute until 2017. Since 2017, Ilia has been working at Cloud5 Communications as the Manager of HSIA Deployments and Engineering.

Ilia Merchine attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Information Systems. Along with their formal education, Ilia has obtained additional certifications. In March 2019, they obtained the Certified Meraki Network Operator (CMNO) certification from Cisco Meraki. Furthermore, in November 2017, they earned the Brocade Associate Campus Implementer 2017 (BACI 2017) certification from certmetrics.
