Jody Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2007, Jody worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel before transitioning to a Service Advisor role at Charlotte County GM in 2008. After leaving Charlotte County GM in 2011, Jody joined Cloud5 Communications in 2012. At Cloud5 Communications, Jody held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Reservation - Specialty Desk, Associate Team Lead, System Specialist, and most recently, Customer Service Team Lead. Jody has a strong background in customer service and has progressively taken on more responsibilities throughout their career.

Jody Campbell completed a Diploma in Office Administration from the Center for Distance Education in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Academic studies from St Stephen High School during the years 1984-1988.
