Kristy Espat has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at Strukture Architects until 2014. Kristy then served as the Ecologic Campaign Coordinator for the People's United Party from January 2014 to June 2014. In 2015, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at Benetton Group and also held roles as the Student Body President and Teaching Assistant at Toulouse Business School. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Customer Account Representative at TELUS International Central America. In 2016, Kristy became the Marketing Director at UNSA Spain before transitioning to their role as a Manager at Idescopio Consultants in 2016. At Idescopio Consultants, their responsibilities included aiding organizations in solving issues, creating value, and improving business performance. In 2018, they joined teknowlogy Group as a Product Manager/Analyst, specializing in Digital CX, AI, and IoT. Currently, Kristy is serving as a Product Marketing Manager at Cloudbeds, where they are responsible for empowering independent hoteliers and hosts to grow revenue, streamline operations, and deliver a memorable guest experience.
Kristy Espat completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Munich Business School from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from TBS Education, attending from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, they pursued Business Engineering at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, and in 2012, they studied Architecture at the same university. Kristy also holds a certification in Digital Marketing from IAB Spain.
