Annie Johnson Pizzato has over 8 years of professional experience in the legal and technology industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Paralegal at Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC, where they were responsible for all aspects of case management for 9 individual attorneys and managed documentation and payment records related to all sales by Master Commissioner. After this, they joined Nextpoint, where they held various roles from 2014 to present, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Community Engagement Manager, Client Success Director, and Project Director, Client Success. As Community Engagement Manager, they maintained a continual product feedback program with Nextpoint's user community and effectively communicated same internally. Annie also developed and oversaw client communication campaigns and user community events, as well as designed and delivered Nextpoint product education programs and training certifications for both internal and external users. As Client Success Director and Project Director, Client Success, they maintained client services accountability for multiple key accounts, including projects, support, and account growth, and was the lead client contact in Account and Workflow Product Area groups, being directly involved in the wire-framing process, client feedback sessions, and deployment of product updates.
