Patty Beltran

Patty Beltran has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Patty began their career in 2001 as a Guest Service Manager at Excelsior Copacabana Hotel where they oversaw various operational areas and provided exceptional service to VIP guests. In 2005, they joined Caesar Park Rio de Janeiro Ipanema as an Account Manager, where they focused on prospecting new accounts and managing the RFP process. Patty then progressed to become a Sales Manager at Caesar Park Hotel in 2010, where they led a team of Account Managers, increased revenue through strategic sales plans, and handled negotiations and contracts. In 2012, they joined Blue Tree Hotels as a Sales Manager, responsible for strategic consulting in sales and developing the sales department. During their time at Blue Tree Hotels, they successfully recruited and trained the sales team, identified top accounts, and implemented effective marketing strategies. Since 2014, Patty has been working as a Sales Executive at Cloudbeds, a company that provides hospitality management software. In this role, they have been responsible for connecting with hotels and other establishments globally, establishing partnerships, and utilizing their expertise to simplify hoteliers' working lives.

Patty Beltran attended the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration. Patty has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including "Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing Attacks" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "Sales Pipeline Management" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and "Selling with Empathy during Uncertain Times" from LinkedIn in August 2020, among others.
