Victoria Fernandez

Victoria Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Victoria is currently working as an Inbound Sales Executive at Cloudbeds, where they analyze opportunities, identifies new clients, and contributes to the company's growth. Prior to this, they were a Conference Services Manager at Sofitel, responsible for maintaining communication with clients and coordinating various departments. Victoria also has experience as an Operations Manager at W Montreal Hotel, where they oversaw front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and spa operations. Additionally, they have worked as a Hotel Receptionist at Hoteles Catalonia and Catalonia Hotels & Resorts. Victoria's previous roles include working as a Presenter and Interviewer for MTV Spain, as a Cheerleader for Real Madrid C.F., and as a Tourist Information Officer for Comunidad de Madrid. Victoria has also gained experience in the hospitality industry through internships at Goldstar Resort & Suites. Victoria started their career as a Receptionist and Maintenance staff at Pension Mollo, a family-run business.

Victoria Fernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from SKEMA Business School from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Tourism at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their education, they hold certifications in McGill Personal Finance Essentials from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management, which they obtained in April 2020, and in Hygiene and food safety from MAPAQ, which they obtained in July 2014.
