Shawn Hunter Turnbull

Shawn Hunter Turnbull has significant experience in customer success and support services, currently serving as Senior Director at CloudBees since December 2020, leading Customer Success Management and Technical Support for a diverse customer portfolio. Prior to this role, Shawn held leadership positions at Percona, Black Duck Software, and Red Hat, with a focus on customer lifecycle management, business development, and channel marketing. In addition to extensive experience in the tech industry, Shawn is actively involved with Athena Alliance, a community dedicated to empowering women leaders. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
