Md Ashraful Islam's work experience began in 2013 at London Regal College, where they worked as a Lecturer/IT Engineer. Md Ashraful'sduties included teaching basic IT to Business studies students and managing the college's Windows-based network and IT systems, including working with Active Directory.

In 2014, Ashraful Islam moved on to London Churchill College, where they worked as a Network Engineer until 2015.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Joskos Solutions as a 2nd line Technical Engineer.

In 2017, they joined Capita IT and Networks as a NOC Engineer, and they held this position until 2019.

Starting in 2019, Ashraful Islam worked at IDE Group as a Network Engineer, and they continued in this role until 2021.

Currently, they are employed at CloudCoCo Plc as a Network Engineer, starting in November 2021.

Ashraful Islam has a diverse background and experience in network engineering and IT support, with a focus on managing and troubleshooting networks and systems.

From 2012 to 2015, they attended Staffordshire University, where they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Computer Networks and Security.

From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Degree in Internet Systems Engineering at the University of East London.

Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received the CCNP Routing certification from Cisco. In 2017, they obtained the CCNA (Routing and Switching) certification, also from Cisco. In 2016, they achieved the Microsoft® Certified Solutions Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification from Microsoft. And in 2014, they earned the Microsoft® Certified Solutions Expert: Server Infrastructure (MCSE) certification, also from Microsoft.
