Ivona Petkovska

Ivona Petkovska has been in the workforce since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Project Coordinator at Inovatika DOO. In 2015, they began working at CloudFirst Technology Solutions Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, then as a Human Resources Manager, and finally as a Marketing Coordinator. In their role as Human Resources Manager, they were responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the company, overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff, and consulting with top executives on strategic planning. As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, they were in charge of complex duties and managing sensitive information as part of the CEO's administrative support. As Marketing Coordinator, they were responsible for preparing marketing and advertising strategies, planning and organizing presentations, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists, managing and motivating people in the team, and providing customer care to clients with their projects.

Ivona Petkovska obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Economics in 2013, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
