Pradeep Palnati

Pradeep Palnati is an experienced HR and finance professional with a comprehensive background in managing human resources and financial operations. Since April 2015, Pradeep has served as a Manager at CloudGen LLC, overseeing a range of HR activities including talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee engagement, and policy design, while also handling financial responsibilities such as invoicing, budgeting, and tax management. Prior to this role, Pradeep held positions in HR and industrial relations at L&T and LANCO INFRATECH LTD, and worked in HR-payroll at Adecco, India. Pradeep holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Osmania University.
