Angel Garcia

Angel Garcia has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Angel started their career at Wheelhouse IT in 2012 as a Help Desk Support Technician, where they responded to Help Desk Tickets and resolved hardware and software issues. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of IT Projects Engineer, where they configured and deployed new firewalls, network switches, and servers for clients. Angel also implemented IT solutions across multi-site networks and migrated outdated technologies to cloud-hosted solutions.

In 2020, Angel joined CloudHesive as a Cloud Support Engineer II, where they provided support for cloud-based systems. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Cloud Engineer, where they continued to work on cloud-based technologies. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Cloud Engineer at CloudHesive, a role they started in March 2022.

Angel Garcia attended Broward College from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft in June 2017. Angel also holds the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in May 2021. In addition, Angel has the CompTIA Network+ ce certification from CompTIA, obtained in June 2019, and the CompTIA Security+ ce certification, obtained in June 2016. Most recently, in January 2022, they acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
