Stuart Pratt began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager for Welcome Break, where they were responsible for keeping training folders and records up to date. In 2015, they moved on to become a Sales Coordinator for Scholastic, where they liaised with headteachers and English co-ordinators about the importance and benefits of hosting literacy events in schools. In 2017, they worked as an Account Manager for Future Plc, before an office move forced him to reconsider their options. In 2018, they joined INNEO Solutions GmbH as a Renewals & Onshape Sales Manager, where they worked for three years. Currently, they are employed in a Sales Operations Lead role at Cloudhouse Technologies, focussing on all aspects of the renewal process, customer satisfaction/success and identifying opportunities for growth and development. Stuart is also responsible for the day to day administration of the company's preferred CRM, HubSpot.

Stuart Pratt is currently enrolled in a Master's degree program at The Manchester Metropolitan University, with a field of study in Sport Business, Management & Policy. Stuart previously attended Southam college, though no degree was earned.
