Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is the Chief Financial Officer at Cloudian. Prior to joining Cloudian, Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tegile Systems from November 2015 to March 2018. Michael also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Panzura from November 2012 to November 2015 and as the SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Model N from October 2010 to October 2012.

At Cloudian, Michael is responsible for the financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions. Michael also oversees the Company's finance, legal, and facilities functions.

Prior to joining Cloudian, Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tegile Systems from November 2015 to March 2018. During their time at Tegile, Michael was responsible for all aspects of the company's finance and accounting function, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations.

Before Tegile, Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Panzura from November 2012 to November 2015. At Panzura, they oversaw all aspects of the company's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations.

Prior to Panzura, Michael served as the SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Model N from October 2010 to October 2012. During their time at Model N, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations. Michael also oversaw the Company's finance, legal, and facilities functions.

Michael Morgan has a bachelor's degree in business and accounting from San Jose State University.

Michael Morgan reports to Michael Tso, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder. Michael Morgan works with Fadel Hamed - VP, Customer Success, Carsten Graf - VP, EMEA Sales, and Gary Ogasawara - CTO & Co-Founder.
