Francesca de Panizza

Francesca de Panizza is an experienced professional with a strong background in people and workplace experience management. Currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Cloudinary since January 2022, Francesca previously held the role of Workplace Experience Manager at National Grid from December 2020 to January 2022. Prior to this, Francesca worked at Deloitte as a Duty Manager for three years and at The Connaught as both Guest Relations Manager and in various roles including Receptionist, Supervisor, and Duty Manager from 2012 to 2017. Francesca started their career as a Reception Manager at Metropolitan by COMO in London. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Southampton, completed in 2011, and attended The British School of Milan from 1999 to 2008.
